Augury

"The love of my lifetime, you will be, you will be
the lingering rainbow I will follow
the greatest adventure in the world for me
Oh yes, Oh yes, you will be!"

English translation of a stanza in  Eres Tu

All their world in one embrace
chaste and tender moments to recall
when days bring storms and nights are barren

Not all joy lasts
be prepared

Hold tightly to your original dreams
allow them to drift unaware through your lives

made extraordinary by
your courage to be
we

  3. It is true, "not all joy lasts." But if we are lucky, it is replaced by a greater joy.

  6. I thought of courage, too, when I heard this song and watched the video. Love and unity do take courage. Very nice!

  7. That's a very lovely poem! And could apply to every couple – though we know, for the couple depicted in the video, an extra layer of courage was required.
